There are two ways to ensure the color temperature, one is to moderately reduce the color temperature of the LED beads applied to the LED flexible light strip, and select the LED lamp with good color tolerance

The higher the original color temperature of the LED lamp beads, the greater the distance between the color temperature of the blue view LED soft light strip after glue filling and the original color temperature of the LED lamp beads, and the difference in color temperature is 200~600K. Different glue potting processing technology will produce different color temperature errors, please specify the glue filling process according to the specific situation. It is best to choose the same gear (the same BIN) for the LED lamp beads in the design scheme or manufacturing, and the color tolerance should not exceed 3SDCM. If the volume of commercial goods is relatively large, you can select the LED lamp beads in the three main gears of the national industry standard color temperature, and stipulate that the description difference does not exceed 3SDCM. At the same time, it is stipulated that the LED lamp beads of the same batch number are in the same gear ((same BIN), which is convenient for manipulating the color tolerance within 3SDCM. For LED flexible strips that can change light, it is necessary to pay attention to the size, gear (BIN), color tolerance, and manufacturer of the LED chip in the design scheme. The LED flexible light strip with high-brightness imported genuine LED lamp beads is brighter, has less calorific value, can be maintenance-free, easy to install, and can adjust the lighting angle with the change of installation conditions.
